No devices in plug / unplug wizard....

My laptop isn't showing the device (floppy / cd) in the
plug / unplug hardware wizard to allow a hot swap? Can
anyone help?

Don't worry it is normal. No help needed.
(unless your floppy or CD drive is removable - USB etc.)
