Because this version (Beta 1) does not look for data miners and cookies.
Maybe the Beta 2 will, however.
 
Cookies are not as bad as spyware. I think we should focus on what is
important.
 
Some have indicated that the next version also will not track cookies.
In that case use the existing IE tools to control cookies in addition to 3rd
party programs.
