No Custom Page Size

i'm using a oki microline 590 elite dot matrix printer.
the problem is that it uses tractor paper that is not A4
size, and in the page size settings there is no way of
selecting a custom page size. i've downloaded the latest
drivers for the printer and consulted windows update, but
still the problem persists. Anyone? thanks

Some printer drivers just don't support custom paper size.

All you can do is choose a paper size which is close to and no smaller than
the actual paper size.

If you have tried that and there was a problem, let us know what the problem
was and give specifics about the actual paper size, the paper size
configured and the application used.

In XP and 2000 you must define paper sizes globally. Go to the printers
dialog and select File->Server Properties. There is a tab to define custom
sizes. However, if the driver does not support the custom size, it will not
show up in the page setup properties of your app.
