No context menu when right click on a e-mail

Hello,

Hopefully you can help with this? Whenever i attempt to right click on
an e-mail, the highlighted e-mail does not give a context menu. If i
highlight two e-mails then right click, the context menu appears.
Microsoft Outlook 2000 SR-1

I am able to right click on other folders and use other applications
without issue.

On what version of Windows?
Are you running as an admin or a restrictive user?
Update your version of Outlook to SP3 level with additional hotfixes and try
again.

Windows 2000 is the operating system. and I operate as restricted
user.

Installed the Service Pack 3 update and all is fixed. Sorry to bother
you with that. I should have known better and done it beforehand.
