Right-click send te mail recipient doesn't send mail

Does anyone know how I can get outlook 2003 to actually send an email when I
right-click on a file and choose "send to mail recipient" in the context menu.
Outlook express automatically sends the mail but with outlook 2003 i have to
actually startup outlook to get it, to send the email.

That's how it works for Outlook 2003 indeed; Outlook needs to be running to
be able to send the message.

So is there a way to circumvent this?

There is nothing to circumvent as I said before; that's how the application
works.

I Searched under Context Menu in this Chat Group and the above 6/07post says
(per Roady-MVP) Outlook Does Not Send while Closed - Only when Open.
