no computer admin account

I was using a trial program that restricted the time my son could use the
computer. When the time was up I uninstalled it and when I did it deleted
the only computer admin account on my computer. Now I can't figure out how
to create a new administrator account. Can anyone help me?

It is not possible to delete the administrator account.
Reboot the machine into Safe Mode by pressing F8
during the early boot phase, then log on as "administrator".
The password may be a blank. Once you're there, do
the right thing and create a second admin account. There
is a burning need for it!
