No "Compressed Folder" Option

To create a compressed folder, start Windows Explorer, click File, click New, and then click Compressed Folder..

But there is no such a "Compressed Folder" option..

I'm using NTFS as my file system but there is to no option for "Compressed Folder"

Please help

Try this:

From Start>Run type or copy/paste the following:

regsvr32 zipfldr

Please note the space between the 2 and z.

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 zipfldr.dll

sfc /scannow

What is the complete error message, verbatim? This error primarily has to
do with damaged/corrupt Activation and Anti-Virus programs.
