Restore ability to create compressed folders

I installed then uninstalled a zip utlity (Power Archiver).
Now I don't see an option to create a compressed folder when I right click
on new.
I made a new file type .ZIP and it shows "compressed folder", but I still
can't create a new compressed folder.

Go to Start -> Run and enter the following command.

regsvr32 zipfldr.dll

Note: Hit the Windows key + R if Run is not on your Start menu.
