Password protected compressed folders

When I compress my folder from send to option in Windows explorer the
Zip/Compressed folder gets password protected even if I do not give any
password to it. It doesn't happen everytime, but it has happened many times.
How can I disable this auto password activity. Actually the scenario for it
is not clear yet. Does anyone has any idea regarding the same.
