No category view

I have no category view availibility, I am running XP sp1, on the left side
all I have is a box that says "see also" and that's it no way to switch back
to category view. Any ideas as to how to get the category view back? I tried
run regsvr32 /i mshtml and that didn't work either

Did you try clicking on the top of the folder name (control panel?) in the
left hand pane to expand it and see the choice you are looking for?
