I have installed "Instant DVD Recorder" software from Pinnacle. When I start
the software I see the buttons, check boxes, etc and they seem to function
when I click on them but there are no captions (labels) on the screen for
them. I have installed the latest and greatest video drivers and versions of
the software supposedly for XP, even in the
safe mode. The technical support for Pinnacle has not been helpful. I think
this is a problem with my desktop though, because the same software on my
laptop with XP pro sp2(same as desktop) works ok.
