no bootup a7n8x-e

Hi, Install a thermaltake water cooler on my asus a7n8x-e deluxe system. I
have everything out side of the case to test for leaks. Now when I hit the
power button, its starts for about 1 sec. and then cut off, no bootup. The
light on the mb is green. No sound from the hd. I reset cmos, no good. I
also trie to boot from a floppy and cd, but it stop to fast. The fans get up
to some rpm, then stops.
Any help???

the gnome

does the board detect the speed of a cpu fan.

if it does and no fan is connected then all will stop to prevent
overheating.
