No audio from video camera

Problems recording audio from video camera. On two occasions I was able to
get audio from my video camera to record in MM, but now nothing. It records
fine from the tv tuner. I've checked by connecting the camera to a TV and no
prob. HELP!

What brand and model camcorder is it? And what capture device are you using?

Sony Handycam Vision Hi8... i've tried both the ATI eHomewonder and the
