No Audio Device

Under Audio, I have No Playback Device, (as well as
recording & MIDI). However, under Devices, I have my
Creative AudioPCI device, and it's says it's working
properly. Rollback didn't work. I have un-installed and
re-installed the audio card, no effect. The only thing I
see missing is the Plug And Play Software Enumerator,
(although it used to be, and I can't figure out how to re-
install it). Can anybody help? I'd hate to scrap a
machine for just no sound, (or just as bad in this case,
re-image). Thanks.

Have you tried downloading the new drivers/updates from

www.creative.com? It fixed my Creative Audigy Platinum
when it did that!
