no audio device

I had to reload windows xp professional, and now I have no sound device...
area is all grayed out... please hellp
 
If you do not have a sound/audio device after installing XP, you need to
re-install the audio/sound device drivers. These should have been shipped
with this device, on a CD or a floppy disk.
