no APM button

ok everything i find for help on getting my computer to shutdown says go to the APM tab in the power options in the control panel.... ok on my computer there is NO APM button so what do i do to get this stupid thing to shutdown

My BIOS has APM enabled so anyone have any ideas what to try now

It shuts down sometimes and it dont other times...

I have also updated my BIOS by flashing it my computer still wont shutdown i dont know what else to do any suggestions ?
