Some File Types in Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / File Types have
an advanced button and some do not.
With the advanced button I can edit existing or create new Open / Edit
/ Print or whatever.
E.G. I want to add Edit with Notepad to the Audio .cue file extension
but the only buttons visible are NEW, CHANGE, and RESTORE.
No Advanced Button.
Ditto for .txt file extension.
This is on my Desktop. Somehow on my notebook I was able to turn on
the advanced button and get in to create some new entries, e.g. for
..txt I have Edit with Notepad, Edit with NotePro, Open, etc. etc.
where I can setup up different applications and which one is the
double click default.
