No admin - no burning

This is my problem:


When i log on my computer (WinXP+sp1) with admin rights
everything is OK.


When I log as a limited account type a have problems with
access to DVD/CD-RW in Nero, CDex... I can not choose
device for CD reading and burning.


What I must change to allow access limited accounts members
to DVD/CD-RW device in burning or riping programs?


ASPI dvivers are installed.
