No activites! No tab in the properties.

I have a problem with the activities tab in contacts. We have an exchange
server and have a shared contact-list.
When i open a contact and click on the activities tab an error occur and it
say that i have no folder associated with activities.
Then i go to the properties for the contact-folder but there is no activites
tab.

So, where is that stupid tab!? I´ve been looking for it for some time now
and it´s frustrating.

it's supposed to be on the properties tab. Look in tools, options, other,
advanced, addin manager - is anything unchecked?

If by "shared contacts list," you mean a Contacts folder in someone else's mailbox, this is normal behavior. Only the folder owner can control the Activities groups for that folder. And most of the ones that are built-in won't work because a) they point to folders in the mailbox that probably aren't shared and b) except for contacts folders in your own mailbox or a .pst file, each activity group can search just one folder.
