PUBLIC Folder-View Activities

I am struggling trying to view linked activities in a PUBLIC Folder.
Appointmnents, tasks, etc. are linked to the contact in the PUBLIC folder.
When I open the Contact and click on the Activities tab, I am not able to
view anything. I have selected Properties, Activites tab, created a New
Group Folder and selected the proper folder in the PUBLIC folders list, but
nothing is visible.

I go back into my Personal Folder and all works as it should. Can this be
done in a PUBLIC folder?

We have 6 people using this PUBLIC folder to set appointments on the
Calendar, type data in the notes section of the appointment as follow-up on
what took place and want ALL to be able to see what took place after
selecting the Contact. Am I going about this the wrong way? Any HELP
appreciated.
