no access to the internet

I cannot access the internet from a url link within
programs (such as the url in the help or about window) or
from outlook. All other links are working such as
favorites.
WIN 2k
all latest updates and patches installed

any help is appreciated, Andy

HI , updates can change cookie settings and access to the web check your internet settings

internet settings are fine, even to set it all to low
