Nmain.exe error

Hello Folks,
Use Window Me.
Clicking Norton Anti-Virus2000, cause nmain.exe and the NAV closed
itself. There was also exception error to Norton Integrator. Have tried
FixKlez and FixBugb suggested by symantec. Virus not found. Reinstall Nav.
Not working. What are the other possible sources of this errors? How to fix
them? Thanks
