NLB

Hi,
I have 2 Advanced servers running NLB. I am trying to find
a good description of what a a MAC address will look like
in my Layer 2 switch. My Problem is:

I am running Unicast with a hub and a single uplink to a
switch MaskSourceAddress is disabled. At the switch I have
the MAC of the NLB, an additional MAC equal to the NLB
except the first 2 digits are 00. It seems I am missing
one more MAC, the server gets reports of connection errors
from the client.

In a working NLB with 4 servers the switch port reads the
MAC of the NLB, The mac with first 2 digits changed to 00
and 3 other adresses with the first 4 digits 0201, 0203,
0204.

Any insight?
