nk2 file

The autocomplete on my computer does not autocomplete (i have Outlook 2003).
I have tried recreating Outlook profile and that NK2 file always shows 0KB
eventhough I have sent several test message to SMTP address. Please help...

Is the cache turned off? Go into Tools -> Options, click the E-Mail Options
button on the Preferences tab, then click the Advanced E-Mail Options
button. In the Advanced Options, look down at the bottom and see if
"Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields" is unchecked. If it
is, check it and OK out of there and you should be fine.

I suppose another option could be permissions on the folder where the NK2
file resides (lack of modify permissions).
