nickname cache

Has anyone successfully used the OL2knick.exe utility to
remove selected names from the nickname cache? Every time
I try it says "error reading nickmame cache, perhaps the
file does not exist". I know I can delete the nk2 file to
start the cache over but this utility sounds useful if it
would work.
Thanks,
MJ

I too tried the utility Nickname but it didn't work.
However, I did find a utility at www.dcs-
imaging.com/products.htm that worked well for me. You
may want to give it a try.

Your post is confusing. Please state more clearly which utility you are
using and with which version of Outlook. I suspect you are using the wrong
utility. Read this:

The utility was not intended for NK2 files.
