NIC settings in Sysprep.inf

I'd like to find out if I can control specific NIC
settings in Sysprep.inf ?

I am trying to get "File and Print sharing" installed but
disabled.

The settings in sysprep.inf will make sure "File and Print
sharing" is available but it installs checked or enabled.

[Networking]
InstallDefaultComponents = no

[NetServices]
MS_Server = params.MS_Server

Also, any insights into Line Speed / Duplex ( auto in some
locations, 10/half in other)
or NIC power settings (off) would be appreciated.
