Sysprep URGENT PLEASE HELP !

I work in novell enviroment and novell client is installed on all the images. what i would like to do is to retain my custom network settings...like nic speed, duplex, and frame time. I also i have to make sure that client for microsoft network and file and print sharing remain unchecked after the sysprep setup. i am not sure if i have to create an answer file or i am just missing something...THANK
