Problem with sysprep on IBM Laptops

M

Marcus Wolf

Hi all,

I have a Problem with my sysprep-iamge on IBM-Laptops.

I created a master-image on a workstation, and run sysprep.

step 1: sysprep.exe -bmsd
step 2: sysprep.exe -clean
step 3: sysprep.exe -quiet -mini -reseal
=> image

the installation itself works without any problems, the only thing which
doesn't work is the VGA-detcetion, none the less the everything necessary is
in the sysprep.inf and the drivers are on the hdd. Manual installation of
the driver out of that location is no problem.....

Any idea?

Here is my sysprep.inf

Marcus,

Before you run sysprep what is the state of the display adapter in device
manager. Is it banged out? IE no driver installed? If so uninstall the
device before running sysprep and see what happens.
