So what are the things i should be looking to buy later this year or in the
Q1 of 2004?

A computer that has a processor that will run 64 bit software as well
as being able to run 32 bit software rapidly. Computers with
Athlon 64 processors will be available soon.

pci-x is on the horizon

yup its true as the agp will be changed to the new xpress slots which much
faster... but who cares becasue no harware can support the new pc yet and
even P5 cannont work with with 875p chipset motherboards so i rest my case

yeh is there a socket 945? i think its for major saevers as they take 2
processors on board
