Ultime Heatsink/fan ?

So i was wondering what heatsink/fan on the market right now or soon to be
have the best thermal dissipation specs available?

I'd like something that pure copper and can work with CPU's upto 4GHz and
above.

Any recomendations or links is appreciated.

The Thermalright SLK-900A/900U is about the best out there. The SP-94 looks
like a good choice for Socket 478.

Not including a fan, the thermaltake slk series sops up the most heat.
