NewsGroup Message Count > possible?

The old NETSCAPE newsreader (4.7) could tell you the number of posts on each
newsgroup before you subscribed to it,
This feature seems to be missing on the new netscape, outlook express, and
mozilla.

Dows anyone know if there is a way to see the number of posts BEFORE they
subscribe to a newsgroup, on OUTLOOK EXPRESS,
or another program that does this?

As this seems to matter to you, in OE when adding/subscribing to a new news
group, check your setting standards. However, it is easy enough to clean up
or set a message rule to. As for the others you mentioned, haven't a clue.
