How to export the list of newsgroups in my current PC for
msnews,microsoft.com to another PC?

If you're using OE as your newsreader, repost in an OE newsgroup. If you're
using a different reader, say which one it is.
 
If you are using Outlook Express, you have to clone your identity.
Otherwise, you can only export and import the news account settings in Tools
| Accounts | News. Groups will need to be subscribed to again.

All MS newsgroups or just the ones to which you've subscribed?

Is the other PC also running WinXP SP2/SP3?

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

Once you've set up the msnews.microsoft.com account in your Mail Client, the
list of all available newsgroups on the server will be downloaded
automatically. Pick the ones to which you'd like to Subscribed and your
ready to go.
