Newsgroup files are collecting, but I can't delete them--Help

While doing a simple search for a file, I discovered that Window Mail is
collecting files associated with reading messages in newsgroups. Most of
the files are .jpg's. Disc Cleanup doesn't get rid of them. They are in a
location called
c:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsMail\news.verizon.net, but
when I use My Computer to go to that folder I can't find AppData. How do I
delete these files?

Although Vistas search is very good I find it useful to have Locate32
installed as a complimentary searcher.

Try it, it's a mere 1.3mb and only takes a few seconds to
download and install.

AppData is a normally hidden folder. To see it,
Start - Control Panel - Folder Options - View
(.) Show hidden files and folders
ok

Now you should be able to navigate to it, using Windows Explorer.
