I have no clue on how to add the video to the animation because im trying to
make a funny nontrue news story and I was wanting help on adding it; I seen
that no one has any questons on here about it and this is the 3rd time that I
ever have used WMM

Technically you don't add the video to the transition but add the transition
to the video.
The easiest way to explain is to point you to the How-To article I wrote
