Hello,

I've been struggling with something that should be simple. For the title, I
wanted to use News Video, Inset, but I cannot seem to import a video into the
title to use for the News Banner element.

Can anyone help?

Go to Timeline View (toggle between timeline and storyboard by Ctrl-T).
Drag your title clip from Video track to Title Overlay track and place it
right under the part of video you want to be played in the news banner.

Rehan got it.
This generally happens because you clicked the "Add Title *before* clip"
option instead of the "Add Title *on* clip" option. If you use the later
then the title will automatically be on the overlay portion of the timeline
where Rehan is telling you to drag it to. Just a tip for next time.
