news button gone

I am trying to set up a news group account I got halfway then decided to do
it later . now when I do the usual options -go,the news has gone and so I
cant drag it onto the go button .how do I restore it

Control Panel \Internet Options and change the default newsreader to
Outlook Express .OE will prompt you to make it your default newsreader the
next time you open it, and make sure you clear the "Always perform this
check box and after click on the No button
