help with setting news group

Hi
I am trying to set up the news section so I can contact the forum using
outlook I made a mistake and when I now go to the part where you drag the
word news onto the go button the word news has gone .how can I restore it

I can't use this link because I cant access news in microsoft outlook I am
using a different machine to write this. Let me explain
as I understand you set up a news group in ms outlook by
Tools-go-customize-commands then click on go which is in the left pane then
drag the word news which is in the right pane onto the go button at the top
of the page.
I cancelled setting up the newsgroup halfway and now the word news does not
appear in the right pane.
I now there is a way of resetting the tools but I can't remember how

I fixed I had to change the news group to outlook express in the programs
section in options in internet explorer
