>>Newly Built System<<

I have an AMD system that I just put together (MK8M800 Motherboard) and I'm
noticing that the light on my mouse is not turning off after I shut my system
down. As far as I can tell, I have hooked up all of the front panel
connections accordingly >from what I can tell<.

Can anyone throw a little light on what my problem might be?

Is it a cordless optical mouse by chance?

It's balless, but not cordless. It has the red light underneath. Infra-red I
think it's called (not sure)

The light would go out if I cut the power to my box and then replug it, but
if I didn't do that it would just stay lit. No other out/of/the/ordinary
things happening with it other than that. THANX, Wayne B.
