Newest GeForce Driver Shut-Down Problem.

Nvidia's new (56.72_winxp2k_english_whql) GeForce/TNT2
Driver is inhibiting shutdown on Windows XP Home.
 
Use device driver roll back or system restore to reset to previous state and don't use this new driver.
