Microsoft Anti Spyware keeps detecting newdotnet spyware.
I select delete for action and get confirmation that it
was seleted, but upon rescanning it is still there. When I
try to delete the file in Window Explorer (it is in the
quaratine file), it won't let me delete displaying a
message that access is denied because the program is in
use.

How do I delete it for good?
