Does the installation of service pack 3 means all the
softwares and files on my disk will be deleted?

Windows Service Pack installation keeps your Windows environment
intact, no changes, nothing gets lost.
By the way, the latest Windows 2000 Service pack is 4.
And Windows Service Packs are cumulative, you only have to
install the lastest, it contains everything of previous Service
Packs as well.
