I am trying to install xp on my new computer that I put together and when the computer reboots after the first setup screen it just repeats the initial setup. The only drive I have in my computer is my Sony 510a dvd burner. Can someone tell me how to get past the setup screen? Is my dvd burner the problem?

Have you detected the hard drive in the bios? Also try removing the CD after
the reboot.
