new xp install, xp shutdown when i go to a secure Internet site

i just installed xp pro. i have know trouble loging on to
msn,but when i try to go to a secure Internet site. a xp
pop-up said i had so many second to save what i was
working on before it shutdown. i have try to think it out,
but with know clue. have tried it three times with know
luck. anyone have a idea what is going own, are did i just
do somethink wrong. remeber it is a new install
 
Apparently, your computer is infected with the W32.Blaster.Worm or one of its variants.
This happened because you have not been using an internet connection firewall and have
neglected to install the critical updates available at the Windows Update website.
