New Worm?

Hey Guys i dont know is it a new worm or not but me and
my firned having the same problem after u press CTRL +
ALT + DEL the task manager pops up but then closes after
1-4 seconds, i am on WIN XP, and i am updated, so i guess
its a new worm out.

Have you run an updated virus scan recently?
There are viruses that do that.

Yes, i have AVG and DRWeb antivirus and both are update
and they havent detected anythign plus its not only me 4
my frineds got same problem

Time to look at what you have in common.

Perhaps also time to try an online scan from Panda or another vendor of your
choice.

FWIW, I've seen something like this myself, but it went away after a
restart--I think it was a software issue of some sort--no a malicious
incident.
