I have no security tabs on any folder as shown in Properties of Windows
Explorer. I cannot set the NTFS permissions witrh this issue. How do I set
Windows XP SP1 up so that the security tab is available in Windows XP? I
would try the Administrator account but I can no longer access it after I
made a new account with Administrator priviledges. Also how do I access the
Administrator account since it no longer appears as an available logon?
Thanks.

Yes I got that. How about the second question? How do I log onto Windows
XP as the Administrator if the Administrator account no longer appears as an
available logon? Thanks.

Oh so it's a lovely problem??? Hmmm... Let's see now I suppose Microsoft knew this before shipping the product
three years ago and thought it would be humdinger. Thanks Carey.

In Pro, hit CTL-ALT-DEL twice at Welcome, to get the Classic style logon
dialog. Or in either that or Home, boot to Safe Mode
