new windows open really small

Every time I open internet explorer it is a really small
window, even smaller than the popups, which are full
size! I have tried resetting the defaults and
reinstalling IE6. Help!!!
 
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
