I have my links working exactly like I want in IE.
I downloaded Firefox to see what my sites look
like in Firefox. Target Frame > New Window
doesn't work in Firefox, does it? I got tabs to
click on, but if I "X" out, all the tabs are "X"ed
and I'm back to the desktop.

Can you provide a URL to page with this problem and a specific link?

I see that I didn't answer your question. All the links at this
site are Target Frame > New Window, except ENTER on the
index page.

It seems that you have set FF to open new Windows in a new tab.
