FP2002 frames

I've got a site with three frames. I can create a hyperlink on regular text
and select a target frame (rbottom) just fine. However, when I use WordArt
on the page and create a hyperlink, the target frame setting doesn't seem to
stick after I select it (it comes up blank after I save the hyperlink.) Even
more oddly, the page works fine in Firefox but doesn't work right in IE! In
IE, the new pages open up in my leftmost frame instead of the main frame.

Is this a bug with the WordArt feature?

Word Art (and all other VML graphics objects prduced from the
FrontPage drawing toolbar) should be avoided in web pages.
VML graphics can only be seen when using IE5.5 on Windows PCs. (Low
quality downlevel images may be available for other browsers such as
FireFox).

Using VML images for hyperlinks is quirky - sometimes they work,
sometimes they fail totally.

The best way to use word art is to create the image, then copy and
paste it into a graphics editor, crop, optimise and save as a .jpg or
..gif for web use. Then import the finished image into the web and
place on a page as a conventional image.
