FP2003 - Target Frames Problem

Webpage with myltiple frames. I open a page from one frame using an
hyperlink. The target frame is set to another, but the page continues to
open in the same frame as the hyperlink (ie wrong frame).

Anyone know how I can correct this? Thanks.

Set the target to the name of the frame you want the page to appear
in.

Done that and it does not work, hence the reason for asking the group.

Notice that case matters.
