New window opens maximised

[Zboing Mouflon]

I want to set IE (I am using the current update) to ALWAYS open in a
maximised window, regardless of how I open it (desktop, link, html file
etc).

How do I do this so that it is ALWAYS maximised and it STAYS that way.

You cannot without third party help.
If the window is small...

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
